Rylee Kinnard
Rylee began dancing at On Our Toes Dance Studio at the age of six under the instruction & direction of Tammy Threadgill. In 2020, she joined The Ballet Academy at Suzanne’s School of Dance, directed by Christi Varvel, where she began to study exclusively classical and contemporary ballet under John and Aya Reid. Over the past five summers, Rylee has been accepted to and attended intensives with some of the most prestigious ballet schools including Houston Ballet and American Ballet Theatre. Throughout the years, she has garnered various awards and scholarships at dance competitions for her top-scoring solos. Since joining Ballet Brazos in 2017, Rylee has performed the roles of Clara, Marzipan, Harlequin & Columbine Dolls, Lead Chinese, Rosebud, Party Girl, Baker, and Soldier. She is honored and delighted to dance the part of the Dew Drop Fairy for both evening performances of the 2022 production.
