Ballet Brazos Lead Dancer

Cayla Hernandez

Cayla started dancing at the age of four at Suzanne’s School of Dance. She loves all genres of dance and is currently taking hip hop, contemporary, and jazz. Cayla is a five year member of The Ballet Academy at Suzanne’s School of Dance. In the Summer of 2021, she attended the Vitacca Vocational Summer Intensive.

At the age of eight, she started dancing with Ballet Brazos. She has been delighted to perform over the years as a Battle Mouse, Cherub, Polichinelle, Party Girl, Spanish Corps, and Chinese Dragon. She has also performed as Pond in Peter in the Wolf.

Cayla is so excited to be dancing this year as the Harlequin Doll and in the Spanish Corps for all three shows.
