Kristy Larkin
Kristy was born and raised in South Texas. In 1999 she left the RGV to fulfill her dream of becoming a Texas Aggie. She graduated in 2003 with a degree in Recreation Administration. Kristy has always loved the performing arts, having spent much of her youth performing and competing as a vocalist and ultimately singing with the St. Mary's choir and Century Singers while at Texas A&M. She truly values the passion, excellence and beauty that come together in the arts and the unique way it can be gifted by artists to their community. Watching the artists, their families, instructors and community of the Brazos Valley come together during Nutcracker season is magical, and something she has looked forward to every year since she began volunteering with Ballet Brazos in 2015.
Kristy and her husband Willie have 8 kiddos (2 Aggies!) and have resided in College Station since 2012. In addition to homeschooling & encouraging her children in their various activities, she enjoys crafting and is passionate about supporting young moms. She has previously served on the board of the Elizabeth House Maternity Home.
